After your booking is confirmed, you receive a confirmation with the exact address, arrival instructions, and a contact number you can reach at any time on the day of arrival.
Check-in time
Standard check-in is from 15:00. Arriving earlier? Tell us in advance — we accommodate early check-in whenever the apartment is ready.
Getting in
Depending on the apartment, you will either use self check-in with detailed instructions or be welcomed in person. Your confirmation states exactly which applies and what to do step by step.
Check-out
Standard check-out is by 11:00. Leave the keys as instructed in your confirmation, close the windows, and that's it — no cleaning duties, no checklists.
