What's included
Every apartment comes fully furnished with an equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels, heating and cooling, and everything you need for daily living. Specific amenities are listed on each property page.
House rules
We keep it simple: no smoking inside, no parties or events, and quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 out of respect for the neighbors. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only — ask us before you book.
If something isn't working
Tell us right away — by phone or message. Most issues are resolved the same day, and we will keep you updated until it's fixed.
Long-term stays
For monthly and long-term rentals, utility arrangements and additional terms are agreed individually before you move in, so there are no surprises later.
