Send a reservation request
On the property page, fill in the reservation form with your dates and the number of guests. Sending a request does not charge you and is not yet a confirmed booking — it simply tells us what you need.
We confirm availability
We review your request and reply by email or phone, usually within 24 hours, with availability and the total price for your stay. If your dates are taken, we will suggest the closest alternative.
Confirm and get ready
Once you confirm, we send a booking confirmation with everything you need: address, check-in instructions, and contact details. From that moment, your dates are reserved for you.
