The exact cancellation terms for your stay are stated in your booking confirmation. As a rule: the earlier you tell us, the better the outcome — contact us as soon as your plans change.
Changing dates instead
If your trip moved rather than disappeared, we will happily rebook you to new dates, subject to availability. Date changes are usually the better option — ask us first.
Refunds
When a refund is due, we process it to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but you will receive a confirmation from us as soon as it is sent.
